Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Assistant to support sales operations, client service, and accounting-related administrative tasks.

Sales Operations (40%)

  • Upload product information and images for new arrivals on online duty-free platforms

  • Manage and respond to inquiries through the repair service website
     

  • Client Service (40%)

  • Upload daily sales data to the intranet for monthly closing

  • Support IR duty-free channel operations by distributing store inbound lists

  • Update monthly promotional vouchers (once per month)
     

  • Accounting (20%)

  • Process purchase and repair cost confirmations through department store EDI systems

  • Send contracts and related documents to headquarters
