Overview

Oenologist Assistant in Jabal-Ali, UAE. You will work closely with our team of experienced oenologists to assist in the production and development of our wines. This is a contract position ideal for Indians or English-speaking individuals with a passion for wine and a desire to learn more about the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with grape harvesting and processing
• Monitoring and controlling fermentation processes
• Conducting lab analysis on wine samples
• Assisting in blending and bottling processes
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Indian or English-speaking nationality preferred
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an oenology program
• Strong interest in the wine industry
