OD Consultant: Leadership & AI Capability

2degrees is seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to design and deliver capability-building initiatives across the business, with a focus on AI capability and digital confidence. You’ll partner with leaders and the People team to translate insights into practical solutions and measure impact through workshops and development programmes.
