Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate ocean freight shipments and support daily operations
  • Prepare, review and process shipping documentation
  • Liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers and suppliers
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
  • Maintain accurate records within logistics systems
