Lebanon, Clarksville, Cuba, Morrow, Reeseville, Sabina, Willmington, Sycamore Twp, Blanchester, Fayetteville, Goshen, Hillsboro (approval needed for East of 62, Okay to accept West of 62), Leesburg, Loveland, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Midland, Milford, New Vienna, Pleasant Plain, East End, California, Mt Washington, Anderson/Newtown, Withamsville, Cherry Grove, Amelia, Batavia, Bethel, Chilo, Felicity, Georgetown, Hamersville, Moscow, Mt.
