Occupational Therapist

Ashdale Care has been providing Residential Care and supports for children and young people across the North-East of the country for over 20 years. We support children and young people who are unable to live at home and who present with a range of behavioural, emotional and psychological difficulties. Most of our young people have experienced significant developmental trauma in their lives. Our service is child-centred and uses a comprehensive, evidence-based, programmatic approach (CARE), with additional support provided by our in-house Therapeutic Support Team, which consists of Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Art Therapists, Teachers, and Behaviour Therapists.

The Occupational Therapist will work as an integral part of the Multidisciplinary Therapeutic Support Team, supporting our children and young people to achieve their potential in all areas of their lives.
