About the Role

Job Description

  • Develop and validate NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) solutions for electrified powertrain systems, including eAxle, eDrive and transmission products.
  • Define NVH targets and ensure compliance with customer and vehicle integration requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct NVH simulations, testing and root cause analysis to identify performance issues and implement effective countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with System Engineering, Mechanical Design, CAE, Validation and Manufacturing teams to optimize product NVH performance.
  • Analyze test data and prepare technical reports to support engineering decisions and product improvements.
  • Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, design reviews, DFMEA and product validation activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction and engineering efficiency.
