About the Role

The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role is essential in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting clinical operations.

Principal Accountabilities:


+ Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

+ Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other observations as assigned

+ Respond promptly to patient calls and requests for assistance

+ Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning using proper body mechanics

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment

+ Report changes in patient condition to the licensed nursing staff in a timely manner
