Nursery Teacher and Early Years Lead

The Yael Schools Network is launching a new Jewish Early Years Centre in Valencia. We are seeking a founding Lead Early Years Teacher to shape, promote, and grow this new kindergarten. This leadership role combines outstanding classroom teaching with pedagogical guidance, merging a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach , the IB Early Years (EYP) framework , and a strong foundation in Jewish values .

Serve as the lead educator, modeling best practices to foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
Lead the implementation of the Reggio-inspired and IB-aligned curriculum; Mentor, guide, and collaborate with early years teachers and teaching assistants.
Must hold a Grado en Magisterio de Educación Infantil (or equivalent validated in Spain) to legally qualify for the center's leadership.
