About the Role
Job Summary: Administers and/or prescribes medications and treatments. Observes and evaluates patients, including recording histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering laboratory testing. Arranges referrals, consultations, therapeutic services and may confer with other specialists on course of care and treatment. May counsel and advise patients and families. Evaluates the outcome of patient care. Assists physician, as required, in all other aspects of patient care, such as surgical procedures, office procedures, documentation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice).
