Job Duties

Completes assessment for new patients admitted to the service, including history and physical, medication reconciliation, problem list and plan of care.Performs assessment and plans for ongoing treatment for patients in the service.Provides psychiatric medication monitoring and counseling as necessary to assigned patients.Orders lab and diagnostic tests for patients in the service as appropriate to formulate diagnosis, develop treatment plan.Reviews results of lab and diagnostic tests and makes adjustment to the treatment plan accordingly.Plans a response for foll...
