About the Role
McGregor PACE is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE ), which provides wrap-around services that address the medical, functional, social, and personal healthcare needs of frail seniors living in our community.
We are seeking an Adult /Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to work in collaboration with our Interdisciplinary team in a supportive practice environment. The position requires an energetic, risk-tolerant applicant who enjoys working in a team designed to support elders at risk for nursing home placement- and help them remain in their homes
Hours are Monday through Friday, day shift only covering our Brooklyn and Elyria office locations (west side).
