About the Role

            Primary Responsibilities Oversee program transitions between different locations, ensuring a smooth transfer of programs. 
Develop transition plans, define timelines and milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders. 
Conduct technical assessments and ensure necessary resources are available for successful transitions. 
Manage the entire manufacturing PDP specific tasks for NPI, including tactical build activities and driving specific tasks within the PDP. 
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and meet PDP requirements. 
Plan, execute, and evaluate readiness for managed, controlled, and validation builds for NPI projects. 
Ensure material readiness, documentation completeness, resource availability, and appropriate tooling and floor space.
