NPI Engineer

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To effectively participate in new product transfer.
• Strong hands‑on technical knowledge on process, products and test methodology as well as applications transferred.
• Responsible for the process documentation (e.g., Manufacturing instructions, visual aids, Bill of Material, etc.).
• Provide technical support and data analysis on product/process related issues and product/process improvements.
• Evaluate product yield, cost, performance to ensure smooth transition into production.
• Practice Risk‑Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering.
