Non-Food Merchandising & Ops Supervisor

Makro. PH is looking for a Non-Food Supervisor to oversee the operations, merchandising, and sales performance of non-food categories in retail stores. You will ensure product availability, proper display, and compliance with standards while driving sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management and has 3–5 years of experience in retail operations.
