Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate onsite support for systems-related concerns and issues.
  • Acknowledge calls and assigned service requests, incidents, or queries via Service Desk according to SLA.
  • Monitor system health and acknowledge alerts in centralized monitoring (SolarWinds NPM).
