About the Role
Job Summary Assess and adjudicate claims and revenue-related files to ensure compliance with program rules and policies. Conduct investigations, resolve discrepancies, and communicate outcomes to claimants and stakeholders. Review financial records, payroll, tax and benefit data to identify discrepancies and determine entitlements or obligations. Calculate recoveries, arrange repayment plans, and coordinate with other agencies or departments for collection and enforcement actions.
