Description:

A growing title insurance firm is seeking an experienced NJ Closing Coordinator to take ownership of and build out its New Jersey operations. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to develop a department from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

- Manage NJ title closing coordination from start to finish

- Serve as the primary point of contact for NJ transactions

- Ensure compliance with NJ title and closing regulations

- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and lenders

- Build and scale the NJ closing department over time

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of NJ closing coordination experience

- Strong knowledge of NJ title processes and requirements

- Ability to work independently and take initiative
