Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international shipping operations, including import , export , and transshipment processes, in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare , maintain, and accurately track all operational and shipping documentation (AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, etc.).
• Monitor shipment movements proactively, identify potential risks or delays, and implement timely solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, airlines, agents, and transport partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Coordinate multimodal transportation solutions (air, sea, and land services) to meet customer timelines and service expectations.
