**Pay Rate:** **$75-83K**
**Bonus:** **up to 10%**
**Shift:** **12 Hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule**
**Night Shift: 6pm-6am**
**What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You’ll be:**
+ Supervising maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
+ Collaborating with plant engineering and management teams to optimize equipment safety, production quality, and reliability.
+ Overseeing maintenance and capital projects, utilizing mechanical and electrical expertise for production systems, utilities, and facilities.
