Night-Shift Health Claims Supervisor (End-to-End)

NTT DATA North America is looking for a BPO Supervisor to manage End-to-End Health Claims Administration services in Manila. The role requires strong Health Claims domain knowledge and excellent communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Team Leader capacity. You will implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and supervise a dedicated team. Work hours are 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PST, and there may be additional overtime and weekend work as necessary.
