Night Porter

The Grand Hotel Leicester is seeking an experienced and
enthusiastic Night Porter to join our team. This is an exciting
opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in delivering
exceptional guest experiences at our renowned hospitality venue during the
night hours.

The Night Porter is responsible for:

• Ensuring
  the smooth and secure operation of the hotel overnight


• Providing
  a warm welcome to guests, assisting with luggage on arrival and departure


• Delivering
  exceptional guest service throughout their stay, including wake-up calls,
  message handling, reservations, and responding to requests


• Handling
  guest queries, complaints, and suggestions promptly and professionally


• Supporting
  Front of House with cashiering duties, incident reporting, updating system
  records, and completing night audit procedure...
