Role: Night Care Team Leader

Location: Wickmeads, Tuckton, Bournemouth, BH6 4LG

Pay: Up to £33,370 per annum

Shift Pattern: 19:45 – 08:00 (including alternate weekends)

Hours: Full time or part time available

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to residents.
• Manage the safety and supervision of night staff.
• Support and guide the team throughout their shift.
• Administer medication to residents.
• Liaise with external medical professionals and residents’ families.
• Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values.
