Night BOH Cleaner

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure that all kitchen back-of-house areas at The Twenty
Two are cleaned, sanitised, and prepared to the highest standard during the
night shift. The Back of House Night Cleaner is responsible for maintaining
hygiene, safety, and organisation across all kitchen workspaces, equipment, and
BOH facilities to support a seamless start for the morning team.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

● Complete thorough overnight cleaning of all kitchen
back-of-house areas, including pot wash zones, prep rooms, dish areas, storage
spaces, corridors, walk-ins, and BOH facilities.

● Deep clean kitchen equipment, machinery, surfaces, floors,
and extraction areas according to cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and
daily/weekly rota requirements.
