Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfactionLearns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, EmpowermentSuggestive selling, samplingKnows seasonality and taste of products offered –Local vendor productProper handling and rotation of productPromotes eventsTakes food and drink ordersOperates the Point of Sale system and accepts all forms of tenderServes food and drinksOversee the Mezzanine area cleanliness; sweeps, mops empties trash, refills condiments, etc.Removes dinnerware from tables in a timely manner
