Must Have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone CCaaS.
Strong knowledge of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX).
Experience with SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in contact center migration projects.
