NHS Change Lead: TUPE & Redeployment (10-month FTC) London

Morgan Law is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 10-month FTC role based in London. The position involves leading and advising on organisational change programmes within a London based NHS Trust during a TUPE transfer affecting approximately 250 staff.

The ideal candidate must have significant NHS experience and be committed to providing expert HR advice while being on-site three days each week. A competitive salary of £56k - £63k pro rata is offered for this role.
