NFC Lead Consultant – Cape Town CBD

Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month (depending on experience)
A well-established automotive company is seeking a confident and customer-focused NFC Lead Consultant to join their team based in Cape Town CBD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers whose vehicle finance applications have been declined, assessing alternative options, liaising with dealerships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)


• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, finance, sales support, dealership, or similar environment


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills


• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills


• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
