Department: Critical Care Unit

The Critical Care Unit is a 16-bed specialized unit caring for critically ill patients who require constant monitoring and whose conditions can be life threatening. Low nurse to patient ratios assures close monitoring and early detection of any subtle changes in patient condition. We provide care to cardiac, medical and surgical patients (from pediatric to geriatric). A team of specially educated and experienced staff deliver specialized care with state-of-the‑art monitoring systems. The team consists of Anaesthetists, Internists, Surgeons, Registered Nurses, Registered Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Dietitians, Social Workers, and Pastoral Care.

Qualifications

Certification/Experience/Knowledge:
