Your Mission

As a New Product Development, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and sustainability through the creation and improvement of products. You will report to Management to support strategic decision-making.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Participate in projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, objectives, costs, and expected results.
• Develop prototypes in a pilot plant efficiently, identifying potential challenges in transitioning to large-scale production.
• Coordinate sensory and laboratory tests to validate the shelf life and quality of the product under development.
• Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure access to specialized knowledge on a global level.
