New Construction Roofing Estimator

Position Summary

The New Construction Roofing Estimator owns accurate, timely takeoffs and bids for new construction roofing projects at Tarrytown Roofing. This role is the front line of our new construction pipeline: pulling plans, running takeoffs, building competitive proposals, and following up with GCs until we win the work. The right person blends old-school estimating discipline with modern AI and takeoff tools to move faster and more accurately than the competition. This is not a sit-and-wait estimator role. We expect proactive GC follow-up, sharp organization, and a continuous read on which suppliers and trade partners are giving us the best pricing and service. The estimator is also a feedback loop capturing why we win or lose, and using that to refine our partner roster and pricing strategy.
