Job Duties
- Represent the team in project meetings
- Understand new product features and how it can be operationalised.
- Support in enhancements required to facilitate smooth operationalisation of new product features
- Work with the project workgroup to negotiate system enhancements for highly automated processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met.
- Analyse product features, make recommendations, and align with team and stakeholders on business requirements.
- Finalise processes with stakeholders.
- Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off
- Provide UAT test scenarios to ensure that the end-to-end journey are tested.
