Compensation Details
Wages: $135,000 - $180,000)
Depending on specialty and years of experience
Full-Time schedule starts at approximately 16 patients seen
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Depending on specialty and years of experience
Moving Allowance
Productivity based Bonus Structure
Health/Dental/Vision Benefits covered 100% for provider, 50% for dependents
401K - Matching
4 weeks Off year 1 and 2 (3 weeks PTO, 1 week Fed Holidays)
5 weeks Off year 3+ (4 weeks PTO, 1 week Fed Holidays)
$1,500 CME allowance
