Network / System Engineer III - Hybrid 3x

**Job Title:** **Network / System Engineer III (Messaging Administrator)**

**Location:**

Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

**Core Technologies:**

+ IBM MQ _(Primary Skill)_
+ Confluent Kafka
+ IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
+ TIBCO Rendezvous (RV)

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Administer and support enterprise messaging platforms with a primary focus on **IBM MQ**
+ Provide operational and technical support for **Kafka, IIB, and TIBCO environments**
+ Design, build, and maintain messaging infrastructure across distributed systems
+ Ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments
+ Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-platform (Linux & Windows) environments
+ Participate in **24x7 production support and on-call rotations**
+ Monitor and tune messaging platforms for optimal performance
