Network Specialist

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to employees. Assigns and coordinates work/projects, such as converting to new hardware or software.
• Monitors network data cables are well‑maintained without any disconnection and delay in speed and in adding new users.
• Plans, recommends & requests new software/hardware for improvements in computer system.
• Installs & trains users in use of new software or hardware (including EZO).
• Manages repairs and maintenance costs vs. budget. Troubleshoot & repair PC’s, network and other IT related concerns.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates regular maintenance of corporate IT hardware/software/firmware/anti‑virus/anti‑spam, etc.
• Handles preventive maintenance. Negotiates and coordinates with third‑party service providers for the service and repairs.
