Network Operations Engineer (Permanent, West)

Key Responsibilities Provide operational support and deployment services for customers cloud infrastructure and environments. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across cloud-scale and backbone network infrastructures. Support and maintain Software-Defined Networking (SDN) services and cloud networking solutions, including Azure Front Door (AFD), Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) protection, Domain Name System (DNS), ExpressRoute, and related services. Participate in standby and on-call rotations to provide after-hours operational support when required. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale data centre environments for the Senior Engineer position.
