Key Responsibilities

• Operational monitoring & validation support for daily alarm monitoring, performance validation, and report preparation.
• Alarm and performance analysis to identify trends or anomalies and escalation of issues.
• First‑level support for FTTx service assurance cases, including troubleshooting and status updates.
• System updates and data housekeeping in operational systems such as Outage Tracker to maintain data accuracy.
• Digital tools monitoring and automation support, including dashboard updates and basic automation initiatives.
