About the Role

Description
The right candidate should have experience working in an IT Support role previous (helpdesk and/or desktop support) and have enough working knowledge of IT hardware/software to be able to work over the phone to walk through the necessary steps to remotely convert to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion was successful. They will be following a very detailed process with documented steps to follow, and the scripts they are running/automation they are deploying will all be prewritten, so attention to detail and strong ability to explain directions to the in-store contact will be most important.
This team will be working Monday-Thursday from 12:30m-11:30am with an hour unpaid lunch, start time potentially shifting to 1:30am or 2:30am after training dependent on demand, with each person expected to convert 3 stores a night (conversions are estimated to take 3 hours).
