Key Responsibilities:

• Escalated Troubleshooting: Resolve connectivity issues (Switching, Wireless Controller, Access Point, VPN) escalated from L1 support.
• Infrastructure Configuration: Configure and install network hardware including multilayer switches, and wireless access points.
• Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and latency to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks.
• Security Management: Implement and manage routing table rules, ACLs, Wi-Fi and VPN tunnels to protect the network perimeter.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, IP address schemes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
