Need someone to dethatch lawn and remove debris

Hi there, I’m looking for a hands-on gardener to demoss or dethatch my lawn and tidy up the area. The lawn is mid-size, currently showing some thatch buildup and a few mossy patches. I’d like the job done carefully to avoid damaging the grass, with proper raking, aeration, and disposal of debris. Preferences: use appropriate dethatching equipment, work around the edges, and please bring safety gloves and ear protection if needed. I’m hoping to schedule this in good weather, and I’d appreciate an assessment and a rough plan of how you’ll proceed before starting.
