Need help with removing bulky items and clutter

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to help me clear out and remove several bulky items from my flat in London. The job includes lifting and loading sofa, bed frame, old cabinets, and a few boxes of miscellaneous junk into a van for disposal. I’d prefer a tidy, careful worker who can handle heavy items without damaging walls or floors. Help with arranging proper disposal or recycling is a plus. I’m flexible on dates but would like to complete the task within a single session. Edge cases: stairs in the building, need a small two-person crew if possible.
