Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks in flat

I'm moving to a new flat within the same building and need someone to help with a few small transport chores. The job includes carrying a few boxes, disassembling and reassembling a bookshelf, moving a small sofa between rooms, and lifting a mattress onto a duvet cover. I have a lift-access building, but a stair climb is required for one floor. I’d prefer someone who can bring a basic toolkit, is careful with fragile items, and can work around 2–3 hours. Please mention if you can provide any wrap/blankets for protection and confirm availability in the morning.
