Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks for a flat move

I'm planning a small move within the same building and need a friendly helper to assist with a few miscellaneous moving tasks. The job involves carrying and loading one wardrobe, a few boxes, and a small chest of drawers into a van, plus organizing items at the new place. No heavy lifting beyond typical furniture (under ~50 kg each). I’d appreciate someone arriving with basic moving supplies (tape, shrink wrap) and a short checklist to ensure items are wrapped and secured.
