Need help planting fruit trees in my garden in Ireland

I'm looking for a gardener to plant a few fruit trees in my backyard. The space is fairly sunny, with good soil after a light compost/topsoil addition. I’d like recommendations on which varieties thrive in Ireland and guidance on spacing, trellising, and irrigation setup. The job includes digging, planting, mulching, and ensuring proper root depth. If possible, please bring or advise on 2-3 suitable grafted fruit trees (apple, pear, or plum) and the best time of year to plant. I prefer a careful, tidy worker who respects existing plants and uses the right tools for small to medium trees. Qualifications or prior fruit tree planting experience would be ideal.
