Need help moving a large appliance safely within home

I’m planning a small move within my apartment and need assistance relocating a large appliance, such as a refrigerator or washing machine. The job involves carefully lifting the unit, maneuvering it through doorways, and placing it in the new location without damaging floors or walls. I can provide a dolly and straps if needed. Please bring at least one able-bodied mover, proper footwear, and any tools required for disconnecting water lines if applicable. I’d prefer a start time in the late morning with a total duration around 2 to 3 hours. Must be comfortable with basic disassembly/reassembly if required and able to follow safety guidelines.
