Need help installing an electric heater radiator in a flat

Hi there, I’m looking for a qualified handyman to install a wall-mounted electric radiator in my flat. The unit is a standard 600x1400 mm panel, and I already have the radiator, wall brackets, and necessary fittings. I’d like a clean, secure installation with proper electrical isolation and a simple thermostat control. The wall is plaster over brick, so I’ll need appropriate anchors if needed.
