Need help hauling away bulky items from flat in London

I’m looking for a reliable helper to clear out and dispose of several bulky items from my flat in London. Items include a old sofa, coffee table, a mattress, and a few cardboard boxes. The building has a lift, but there may be a short distance from the flat to the communal entrance. I’d prefer someone with basic moving equipment and at least some experience with bulky item removal.
