Need help cleaning up my computer and improving performance

I’m looking for someone to take a thorough approach to tidying up my computer. It’s running a bit slowly and I’d like a cleanup that includes removing unnecessary files, organizing photos and documents, uninstalling unused programs, updating software, and performing basic maintenance to improve speed and reliability. I prefer a calm, patient explain-and-possibly-do approach, with a quick recap of changes made. If you can also optimize startup programs and run a quick diagnostics check, that would be great.
