Need a dog walker for weekday afternoon walk in Dublin

I'm looking for a reliable dog walker to take my 3-year-old beagle, Max, for a 45-minute to 1-hour walk after work. Approximate schedule is 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM on weekdays. Max is friendly with people and other dogs but tends to pull a bit on the leash, so a walker with some experience handling energetic dogs would be great. Please include a quick update after each walk and be comfortable meeting beforehand at a local park. Ireland-local references or a short trial walk would be ideal. Vaccinations up to date and a collar with ID tags. Prefer someone who can walk in the Dublin area and has a flexible commute.
