We're looking for an experienced NC Programmer to create and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace components. This role works closely with machinists and engineers to improve processes, support production, and ensure high-quality parts are delivered on time. What You'll Do
+ Create and maintain NC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
+ Use CATIA V5 and simulation software to develop and verify tool paths
+ Design tooling and fixtures to support production
+ Troubleshoot machining issues and support shop-floor operations
+ Create setup documentation and implement process improvements
What We're Looking For
+ Strong NC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis machining
+ CATIA V5 experience required
